Withdrawal / Return - Replacement of Products

You have the right to return products purchased and request their replacement:

a) in all cases where under evidenced ELTA liability you received other products or products materially different from those ordered

b) in all cases of defective products, in case of lack of an agreed feature and under the condition that (i) there is no other relevant provision in the manufacturer's or importer's guarantee and the product is covered by a guarantee, case upon which guarantee terms shall apply, or (ii) in case there is no guarantee according to (i) and the legal deletion of purchaser rights has not lapsed, or (iii) there is no guarantee as per (i) and the defect or missing quality are not significant.

You have the right to return products purchased and request replacement by other product or products up to the amount already paid or for an additional amount, if desired, within twenty (20) days of receipt of the product

You have the right to return the products purchased and request refund of the price paid

a) in all cases of defective products, in case of lack of an agreed feature and under the condition that (i) there is no other relevant provision in the manufacturer's or importer's guarantee and the product is covered by a guarantee, case upon which guarantee terms shall apply, or (ii) in case there is no guarantee according to (i) and the legal deletion of purchaser rights has not lapsed, or (iii) there is no guarantee as per (i) and the defect or missing quality are not significant.

b) within 14 days following delivery of the product

ELTA is liable for damages in case of absence of an agreed quality or in case of existence of a defect, only if the latter was caused by its liability, and therefore is not liable for slight negligence.

Moreover, in all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. In all the above cases, the products to be replaced, repaired must be in the state received by the customer, complete and without damages and their packaging must be the one that originally accompanied the product and must be in excellent condition with all documents accompanying the product (i.e. Dispatch note, retail receipt, etc). Before any return prior consultation with ELTA online store is recommended. In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

1. You contacted the online store on same day or the next business day by email, at eshop@elta-net.gr
2. the product is accompanied by all necessary documents evidencing the transaction (eg Dispatch note, retail receipt, etc).

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders may be made in the following cases: Before completion of your order, during electronic processing of your order you can click "back" and remove the quantities of products from your basket by clicking "delete". If online order is completed but the product has not been dispatched yet, you can contact eshop@elta-net.gr and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order. After reception of the product, contact eshop@elta-net.gr or via the e-mail form on the website, explaining why you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will assist you immediately and will advise you on all your options. If your order has been invoiced and wish to cancel it, then contact our Customer Service Department at eshop@elta-net.gr  and provide the details of your order. However, the status of your order will not be updated on your account page.
