Permanent withdrawal of International Reply Coupons (IRCs)
We would like to inform you that, pursuant to a decision of the member countries of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), the circulation and sale of International Reply Coupons (IRCs) will be permanently discontinued as of 31 December 2026.
The Abidjan IRCs, which are currently in circulation, will no longer be available for sale after 14 December 2026. Any coupons already held by the public may be redeemed at Post Offices until 31 December 2026.
After this date, they will no longer be accepted or redeemed.
