National Philatelic Exhibition "101"
Hellenic Post presents a Special Commemorative Postmark dedicated to the National Philatelic Exhibition “101”, organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Hellenic Philatelic Society, from 2 to 7 June 2026, at the Athens Municipality Arts Center. On Tuesday, 2 June 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00, the Special Commemorative Postmark will be applied at the same venue (Vas. Sofias Avenue, Eleftherias Park, 115 21 Athens).
The Special Commemorative Postmark will be available on the following three (3) Wednesdays, at the Post Office of Syntagma Square, Mitropoleos 2, 105 63 Athens, from 09:00 to 13:00.
Alternatively, you can send your postal items free of charge to the ELTA Sorting Center (128 Lefkis Street, 10100 Kryoneri, Attn: Pantelis Skylos), within 60 days from the release date (the post office stamping indicates the date of posting).
Philatelic items to be postmarked must bear the name and full address of the sender so that they can be sent to them. Please mark the envelope “PHILATELIC ITEMS”.
ATTENTION!
To obtain an imprint of the commemorative postmark on a postal item, you must have affixed stamps of at least the minimum value of B’ priority domestic mail (20 gr), today € 1,20.
At the end of the year, Hellenic Post will release a set of envelopes stamped with commemorative postmarks especially for commemorative postmark collectors. Each envelope will have the minimum value of B’ priority domestic mail (20 gr), today € 1,20, stamp affixed to it and will be stamped with one of the special commemorative postmarks for 2026.
