We would like to inform you that the Hellenic Post (ELTA) is introducing a new Display Frame Rental Service for non-philatelic associations and clubs, with a tiered pricing policy. Frame Transportation
Collection from the ELTA Central Warehouse in Kryoneri and return of the frames shall be carried out under the sole responsibility of the renting organization. Any damage incurred during transportation or use of the frames shall be borne by the organization, in accordance with the provisions.
Return Committee
To ensure the proper return of the frames, a Return Committee will be established on a case-by-case basis, consisting of at least two members from the Marketing Management. The Committee will be responsible for inspecting the condition of the frames upon their return and will prepare a Return Report, documenting their condition and any damage or missing items. Based on this report, restoration or compensation obligations may arise for the user.
