Minor Asia Memories 2022

Minor Asia Memories 2022

The Philatelic Society of Lesvos together with the Municipality of Mytilini honor the 100th anniversary of the Asia Minor Disaster by gathering an incomparable historical treasure from the period 1919-1922 regarding the events that took place, preceded and followed the Asia Minor Disaster. For the opening of the "Memory of Minority 2022" exhibition, the Hellenic Post designed and released a Special Commemorative Postmark dated 9.10.2022.
