The Philatelic Directorate mails to subscribers the Series of Stamps and all philatelic items of their standing orders by registered letter. On an annual basis, about 8 to 10 missions are carried out, almost as many as the releases of the series.
For the mailing of orders, the subscriber is not charged shipping fees.
In order for the subscribers to always receive their order, they must ensure that their philatelic account is on time and sufficiently funded, i.e. there is a credit (positive) balance at the time of invoicing. No subscriber order is served if the account has a debit (negative) balance.
The subscriber is informed about the balance of his account through the invoice accompanying the products.
The subscriber can at any time modify his standing order or his details by sending an email to email@example.com stating his details, the subscriber code and the changes he wishes.
